All throughout the month of August we will be providing opportunities for you to get connected at Journey. We believe that being a part of a small group is vital in your spiritual development. So whether you are new to Journey, have been attending and are ready to know Journey a bit better, or desiring to grow in your spiritual journey, we have a place for you. Whether you want to investigate if God exists, if there is a point to life, or have attended church all your life but feel you never really understood the basics of the Christian faith, Alpha is for you. Alpha is the course for everyone who thinks there may be more to life than meets the eye. At an Alpha course people explore the Christian faith in a relaxed setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions. It is low-key, friendly and fun. Why not take this opportunity to explore the meaning of life.
This is a 9 week small group experience where people can explore Journey deeper. It is for those that are new to Journey, have some church experience with us, and want to learn more about Journey. This community experience is designed to give those interested in making Journey Church their home, information and an opportunity to:
- ask questions to the pastors
- practice core spiritual practices
- meet other new attendees and apply for partnership (membership) in Journey.
Why not take this opportunity to explore what Journey is all about? If you are a parent, teacher, or work with children and are interested in sharpening your parenting skills, this small group is for you. It is designed to help participants learn best practices for parenting together as a small community. Be a part of this community and get to know other parents as you grow together.
