Community Outreach Ministry

Community Outreach

The Outreach Team exists to serve and meet the needs of our immediate community and beyond by showing God’s love in tangible ways. In our local setting, this is accomplished through collaborations with Love INC, Oakdale School, and Kix for Kids. In a global setting, this is accomplished by serving at Feed My Starving Children and supporting and partnering with individuals addressing the areas of poverty, Human Trafficking, and lack of educational resources in countries around the world. For information on the Outreach Team, or how you can become a part of the Outreach Team, please contact Vonya Dupuy via e-mail at

Tech Ministry

Tech Ministry

With the help of technology, the Tech ministry serves the purpose of bringing harmony to the multiple services that take place at Journey Church. Volunteers involved with this ministry use audio and video equipment, as well as image projection that provides visuals, which engage the church during the worship, sermon, and announcement portions of the service. Volunteers then upload new content to the website, which further engage the church, allowing them to hear and/or view the past sermons. We use Facebook to add another layer of engagement, which invite visitors to interact with content and ask questions. Please reach out to Mark Lamb via e-email at

Cafe Ministry

 Cafe Ministry

The Cafe ministry at Journey Church not only provides beverages, like coffee, juice, and water, but acts as a central location to catch up with current members of the congregation, as well as say hello to new visitors. So please come to the cafe and enjoy a beverage, bagel, and pastry on us! We look forward to seeing you. For more information contact Isolene Martinez at

Youth Service

Meets Every Sunday during the 10:30am service

Our desire is that if you spend enough time with us you will become young men and young women who are in love with the Jesus of the Gospels; who are excited about the possibilities of being a part of God’s kingdom work among all the nations, and who are confident that you can read the Bible and get a message for your life.

Contact Raul Mozo for more info on the Youth Service at Journey church. You can reach out to him, if you have any questions, via e-mail at
